Built on the solid foundation of Prestige Trailers, the QVP38 – Quickveyor – features double sidewall construction for enhanced strength and durability. It comes equipped with Jost Aluminum landing gear backed by a 10-year warranty. The clear rear panel design prevents product buildup. Optional add-ons are the clean-out doors specifically engineered for the Prestige’s double sidewalls. Quickveyor delivers an impressive offload speed of over 6,200 pounds per minute—with no risk of clogging or spillage. The Quickveyor components are backed by a 24-month limited warranty.
STANDARD FEATURES
Pan-to-Tube Conveyor Transition
An industry-leading pan-to-tube conveyor transition and synchronized conveyor belts ensure maximum product delivery rates with zero spillage at the transition point.
Pan Conveyor Reverse Unload
Quickveyor was the first to incorporate a reverse-unload feature. This innovative function allows unloading from the front of the pan conveyor directly into a pit. Tested with 27.5 tons of potash, the system is capable of emptying the entire load in just over 7 minutes.
Stainless Steel Quick Release Tube Conveyor Mount
Most recently, a stainless-steel mounting shaft and toggle-latch system were added to the tube conveyor pivot attachment point. This upgrade eliminates corrosion and allows operators to easily disconnect the tube conveyor from the trailer for off-season removal and maintenance.
Aluminum Landing Gear
The Jost Aluminum landing gear is backed by a 10-year warranty.
Aux Air Supply in Air Gauge Box
Quickveyor includes an auxiliary air supply outlet located in the air gauge box, allowing users to easily inflate tires and blow out residual product from the trailer.
Stainless Steel Hopper Doors
Quickveyors come equipped with industry-leading stainless steel hopper doors, offering significantly greater strength and longevity compared to aluminum. On trailers with divided compartments, the double-direction doors allow operators to unload either compartment first, providing added flexibility and efficiency.
Smooth Rear Panel
The clean-design rear panel on all Quickveyors eliminates product buildup and minimizes corrosion issues.
